Returnarea produselor

Returnarea produselor se va face pe cheltuiala clientului, folosind acelasi serviciu de transport cu care s-a facut expedierea sau orice alt serviciu asemanator. INTIMITIS WEB SERVICE SRL nu va ridica coletele trimise prin Posta Romana sau de la oficiile postale. Decizia de asigurare sau nu a coletului pe durata transportului de la client catre INTIMITIS WEB SERVICE SRL cade in sarcina Clientului.

Conditiile acceptarii returului este ca produsele sa fie in aceeasi stare in care au fost livrate (sa nu fie deteriorate, sa nu prezinte semne de purtare sau de proba etc, sa aiba toate etichetele intacte).

Produsele din gama adult toys , lenjerie intima , sutiene, bodystocking/catsuit, chilotii si dresurile, toate produsele ce intra in contact cu zonele intime sau conțin chilot in set fie acestea camasute de noapte si chilot, corsete si chilot etc nu se pot returna sau schimba din motive de igiena .

Datorita naturii delicate a produselor comercializate, ne rezervam dreptul sa refuzam orice produs returnat care nu poate fi revandut ca nou, intrucat poate pune in pericol sanatatea cumparatorilor.

INTIMITIS WEB SERVICE SRL va inapoia contravaloarea produselor comandate in cel mult 14 de zile de la data denuntarii in scris a contractului. Suma inapoiata nu include cheltuielile de transport.

Pentru returnarea produselor va rugam sa ne notificati prin email la adresa office@intimitis.ro.
